Data from the Family Reflections Program have been featured in four peer-reviewed studies. Most recently, researchers at Colorado State University conducted an independent evaluation of the program, surveying 100 court-ordered children and adolescents (Marsden & Varavei, 2025). Participants reported feeling safe and supported, expressed high levels of program satisfaction, demonstrated greater understanding of family dynamics, and showed meaningful improvements in their relationships with previously distanced parents.
Despite the complexity and length of the intake process, we maintain clear checks and balances designed to safeguard all participants—especially children throughout the duration of the family’s stay. We remain attentive to behaviors or dynamics that may be detrimental to a child’s well-being or their relationships with either parent. Our facilitators are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive environment and to protecting the integrity of each child’s experience throughout the program.
These results reflect the program’s effectiveness as a intervention for families navigating high-conflict dynamics. We remain committed to supporting families on their path toward stability, healing, and renewed connection—and we invite you to take this important step forward with us.
“Every alienated child or youth longs for a strong and loving bond with their rejected parent. However, they often cannot express this desire until they are liberated from the harmful influence of the abusive alienating parent.”
