We offer virtual or telephone consultations for parents, grandparents, adult-children of divorce, mental health professionals and lawyers/attorneys by appointment only. We use Bookfay for scheduling. Please review the information below and then use the booking option to schedule.
- Time zone: All consults are on Pacific Time. For example, Los Angeles or Vancouver, British Columbia Time.
- Length: Consults are one (1) hour long. Extended consults may be available upon request.
- Rescheduling Policy: To respect everyone’s time, we maintain a clear policy.
- Minimum notice: 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
- Please note: Monday appointments: Because weekends limit administrative processing, if your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, you must provide cancellation/rescheduling notice by the preceding Thursday no later than 5 pm Pacific Time.
- Late cancellations/no‑shows: Sessions cancelled after the required deadline—or missed without notice—are billed at the full session fee and will not be refunded for any reason.
- How to cancel: Use your Bookafy confirmation email
- Examples: Example 1: Wed 2:00 pm session → cancel by Mon 2:00 pm (48 hours). Example 2: Mon 11:00 am session → cancel by Thu (end of day) prior.
- Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee applies.
- Reminders: Automated email/SMS reminders are provided as a courtesy. Delivery is not guaranteed; please add the appointment to your calendar.
- Confidentiality: Your privacy is paramount. Consulting records are kept confidential in accordance with professional and legal standards. Limits of confidentiality (e.g., risk of harm, court orders) will be outlined in your consultation agreement form.
